  • A map of anomalies: where they are ahead of the level, where they lag
  • One-on-one sessions with Dmitry and cross-review in the group
Day 4

Transition strategies and reviews

  • Four loops of change: strategy, structure, processes, behavior
  • An individual review of the transition strategy for each company
  • A plan for the first 90 days with checkpoints
  • A closing session: sharing plans, group commitments
Outcome

What you will take home

An understanding of the company’s state

A precise understanding of what maturity level the company is at now and what brought it there.

A map of the next level

Which components and subsystems must change to move to the next level.

A plan for the first steps

Concrete actions for the first month with priorities — not general principles.

Telling problems apart

Which pain points are normal for your level, which are abnormal, and which are deadly.

A network of peers

4–6 owners at your level who went through these days with you. A connection you cannot build otherwise.

Self-diagnosis tools

The AVDO toolkit to assess your company’s maturity on your own and spot early signals without waiting for the next session.

Strategic Architecture

A strategy that moves the company to the next maturity level

A closed group of 5–7 owners. Five days of deep work on the strategic block — the framework of the management system. We break it down into four elements (strategy, structure, processes, organizational behavior), devoting a separate day to each, and find where the intent gets lost between the executive office and the front-line teams.

Program · 4 days

Four elements — one per day

Day 1

Strategy

  • The strategic block as the framework of the system and its four elements
  • 7 maturity levels — a condensed overview for the group
  • Signs of strategic maturity: from the owner’s intuition to scenario planning
  • Workshop: placing your company’s strategy on the maturity scale
Day 2

Structure

  • Roles, authority and areas of responsibility
  • Whether the structure supports the strategy or holds it back
  • The path through the levels: from manual control to flexible task-based teams
  • Workshop: a map of roles and bottlenecks in your company
Day 3

Processes

  • Systematization, control and integration into the management cycle
  • Through which processes strategy turns into everyday actions
  • The path through the levels: from “it rests on people” to PDCA and predictive models
  • Workshop: owners, metrics and checkpoints of key processes
Day 4

Org. behavior and synthesis

  • Culture, leadership and readiness for change
  • What in behavior blocks the strategy and what strengthens it
  • Bringing the four elements into a single transition map for the company
  • A closing session: a plan for the first 90 days and group commitments
Outcome

What you will take home

An assessment of the strategic block

What maturity level the company’s strategy is at and where the intent diverges from execution.

A map of misalignments

Where the strategy is not supported by structure, processes and behavior — and in which subsystems tension is building up.

Transition strategy

What must change in the strategic block for the company to move to the next level — with pace and sequence.

A plan for the first 90 days

Not general principles but concrete first steps after returning, with success indicators and checkpoints.

A network of peers

4–6 owners at your level who went through these five days with you. A connection you cannot build otherwise.

Access to ongoing support

Priority options for those who want to do systematic work on the strategic block together with AVDO.
